Hi. I want to make christmas cookies but when it comes to decorating, I want light blue decorative sugar you sprinkle on. Can it be done?

They make colored decorative sugar here, including light blue. Do they not have that where you are? It's in all our grocery stores in the baking isles.

It's funny, I was just looking for a way to make colored sugar today! I found a method on the internet. All you do is spread your sugar on some parchment paper, add desired food coloring, one drop at a time, and mix with a spatula. Allow to dry and store in airtight container. Tip: If the sugar turns out too dark, you can just add more white sugar.
Hope this helps!
