Making choices . . .

I'm trying to line up the best choices for our October trip as our 90-day window is coming soon -

Problem: mine and DH's choices don't always match!

The Plan:
Saturday - arrival day - already have AR for HDDR
Sunday - MK day - no meals planned yet
Monday - MGM - I want Mama Melrose Fantasmic package - DH wants 50's for dinner
Tuesday - no park, MNSSHP tickets and LTT AR
Wednesday - Epcot - possible Princess lunch in Norway, counter dinner
Thursday - AK then dinner at Boma
Friday - MK, no meals planned, hopefully Spectro will be on our last night
Saturday - DDthird birthday, trying for mid-morning CRT breakfast, then leave for airport

Things I haven't fit in yet -
Beaches and Cream - would love to try this and explore resorts in the area
Clambake (with characters?) - I think my parents would like this
Chef Mickeys - seems like a "must do" for most people

I don't want to do 50's and Mama Melrose on the same day - but only have us at MGM for one day/night - how would you fit them both in?

And, do you think a Fantasmic package is necessary on a non-EMH night in October? If we don't need the package for seating, I think I can forgo Mama's -

just a tip: check the Spectro schedule for October because it doesn't play everyday

Yep - that's why I said "hopefully" - if it's not on that Friday night, we might opt for another park for our last night -

Any one have thoughts on our dining plans so far?
