Hi! Back at the 11 month window I booked a 5 night trip for December. However, now it seems I won't be able to stay for the 5th night. Can i call and drop the last night? Or would I be forced to cancel the entire reservation and book again?

You can call and drop the last night. It is not a cancel and rebook.

You can call and ask to drop the last night. You will not lose the entire reservation.

I just dropped the first night of our reservation without a problem. I didn't call, though. I just sent MS an email through the contact us link on the members' website. It was easy and I didn't have to wait on the phone. If you go that route, be sure to include the reservation number and the check in and check out dates you want to end up with on your email. I got a confirmation email that they received the message and then one with the reservation info. The confirmation number did not change.
