Alice, Mad Hatter

On that character train are always different characters, other than teh usual ones...

There are beautiful 15th Anniversary autograph books available this year. Each page has a photo slot opposite so that you can record the image of when you got the autograph. Just finished off putting the photos into our kids ones (they met 24 charachters!!!, can't believe it looking back), and they make a beautiful keepsake. They come with a gold pen and are double the price of the ordinary books (9 euro). But they are really wonderful when complete.

wow thats a really good idea. Thanks for sharing that xx

Very nice I am sure but I make individual pages for each of the characters with their name and picture. They love them!

Scald. wow! what characters did you actually meet?

Actually only realised how many when printing out the photos!! Here goes:
Mickey (Twice)
Minnie
Goofy
Pluto
Tigger
Donald
Sully
Cruella De Vil
Buzz
Jessie
Mary Poppins
Bert (Marys fella!)
Alice in Wonderland
Mad Hatter
Belle and her prince
Snow White and her prince
Cinderella and Prince Charming
Aurora and Prince Philip
Baloo
Gepetto
Genie
Captain Hook
Captain Jack Sparrow!!!!!(Best one of the lot for me)
Winnie the Pooh

Thats all I can count...think that was the lot, there was also some pig character my daughter knew but I didn't...and she also got a kiss from one of the penguins from Mary Poppins!

Good weeks work I would say:rotfl:

Wow - I am really impressed! Were you there recently? Any tips for meeting the characters - I've heard it can be a scrum?

We were ther first week of July. On previous trips, it was quite easy to meet characters outside the castle and just generally round the place. However, the Charachter Express now results in a major scrum when they disembark as the whole park is aware of their arrival. As a result, we booked a meal at Cafe Mickey. Great value, good food and lots of characters (we met about 10 there). While most people crowd around teh characters at the castle, we came accross them wandering around the other lands also. My daughter met tigger and mickey near the Chapparal Theatre in Frontierland without any crowd. My tip would be to check out the other lands and to watch out at the gates to Discoveryland as there is an influx from here every hour or so!!!

Seriously though, the character meals are the only way to go...judging on the appalling behaviour I witnessed at the park recently it's really not worth putting your little one through it. If she loves the princesses, try to book the Auberge de Cendrillon Princess lunchif budget will allow. :thumbsup2

Oh, don't forget to include Eeyore. He was wandering around quite a lot. I just found the photo of my kids with him and it reminded me. My kids just got a photo, not sure if he can sign autographs??????

the mice from cinderella, (Perla & Suzi), we saw them twice at the Disneyland Hotel. (it is worth popping in to the Disneyland Hotel at 4 pm as they is characters in the lobby and they get the children dancing,)

we went in may and we met

mickey
minnie (3 times)
happy from snow white
tweedle de and tweedle dum
the chipmunks
the penguins from marry poppins
winne the pooh
pinocchio
pluto (3 times)
daisy
goofy
