Making ADRs tomorrow!!

Question: for those of you who "test" making dining reservations ahead of time, how did you do it? I tried testing it, and I got this message.

"Please continue to search and book available dining locations online without associating your dining plan. We were unable to link your Resort reservation to dining reservations."

Is this normal? I'm just really worried something will go wrong tomorrow morning when I'm up at 5am, and I won't be able to do anything about it!

If your reservation is more than 180 days out, then you will not be able to "fake book" an ADR linked to your ressie.

Try going into the ADR system without logging into WDW website.

Does that make sense?
