MAking ADR's tomorrow need help

We leave October 14 for 9 days. I have a grid with where we want to eat and the times (approx) We live in the central time zone. What time can I call in the morning to make my ADRs? Also I know I need to make them for CP for the night we want MNSSHP is 5 too late? Should I book everything we think we want just so we have it and are covered and then if we change our mind closer to time try and change it later or leave some days open andpray for the best?

I would just make everything you want right now. You can always call later to cancel/change reservations as needed.
