Making ADRs for a day trip

Hello! We live about an hour away from WDW. We're planning a day trip to Disney Springs before Christmas. I tried to make ADRs, the calendar wouldn't advance past November. So am I right in thinking that I won't be able to make them until 30 days out?

Everyone can make ADR’s 180 Days in advance. Make sure you’re on the right page and using the right calendar. My guess is you’re on the MNSSHP site.

I went back to the site and went straight to "Dining Reservations" instead of going to Disney Springs and just made my ADRs.
