Making ADRs at 180 day mark

My 180 day is Tuesday and I'm still so confused. If I make them online will I have a better chance of getting everything? Also, if I use online instead of phone, will I be able to do the 180+10? I'm worried that I'll make the wrong choice

Online opens at 0600 EST. The phones don't open til 0700. So you have a 1 hour head start online. If you run into problems, just call at 0700. And yes, if you have an onsite reservation, you can do 180+10 online.

I called while I had it up on the computer. I found they offered the same times as online. Online was much easier. I was able to book all the days with no problems. Online was nice because I could look at the different times instead of waiting for the cast member. Way faster. Plus if they didn't have a time I wanted it was easy to look somewhere else, faster than the person on the phone.
