Making ADR's 180 days out if not staying on Disney property

Okay, so I've been doing my homework and found that it is recommended to make ADR's 180 days out for dining. We are NOT staying on Disney property. Will I still be able to call and make ADR's 180 days in advance?

As I understand it, you can, but....

you can only make one day at a time, each one 180 days out. (Or wait a few days and make several.)

Yes you can I do it every trip

Yep...they just take a phone number as a reference.
