Hey! Is there any difference in calling to make ADR or doing it yourself online? I wasn't sure if calling had some benefits or if it was all on the same system. We are searching for a CRT for September and I know those are hard to come by!

Online opens an hour earlier which is helpful at 180d mark. Otherwise when working, online tends to be quicker than endless on hold.

if you are at 180d, I would attempt to make reservations online first and then call when the phones open. There really isn't a big difference between the 2 from what I've heard/read. (I.e. If a restaurant doesn't have availability online it won't have availability when you call.) good luck!

As long as the site is working, online is faster. Although last year when I called there were times available that weren't showing up online.

I did all my ADRs online, but I was ready to call when the phone lines opened. I had awesome luck too, but still had to deal with some of the online glitches. The only thing that I had to call for this trip was for the KTTK tour. Good luck!

I have done both. Online is fine when it works, but for a few ADR's I seem to have better luck calling. CRT for 9 was one of those times.
