Okay, I see everyone on this board making adorable shirts for their kids to wear in Disney....I want to do that! I have bought several tshirts that I want to use, but that's about as far as I've gotten! I have an image of Cinderella Castle I would like to use for the picture, then I would like to add a name and a phrase. How is this done? Do you use Microsoft Word? Or is there a special program? Once you make the design do you just print it on that paper that you can then iron on to a tshirt? Does this stay on even after washing? Any and all help is greatly appreciated! :thumbsup2

Here is a link to a thread that will help you get started, I hope! BTW - you CAN do the designs in Microsoft Word, but most of our DISigners use Photoshop or Photoimpact or some other pro or semi-professional software.

I downloaded the free trial of photoimpact. Now, once I make a design, what do I print it on?

That same thread gives you info on what to do with those desgins and what kind of transfer papers we use. Have fun!

Photoshop is a good program too, but very advanced kinda stuff.

Corel makes a good program called Photopaint, and its pretty easy to use also!
