Making a small book?

Has anyone here ever made a small book for a friend? Her birthday is coming up and I'd like to make her a little book type thing of what I admire about her. I have tons of pictures of her that I could put in there also. I'm just not at all creative and don't know how to go about it.

Any suggestions?

I do have some ideas that would include using graphic software and binding at a printers (Kinko's has all the stuff you'll need including computers and software)...BUT...I think you might be even more interested in scrapbooking and I'm pretty sure there are LOADS of scrapbookers here...isn't there even a "scrapping" board? Some of them really do turn out quite nice and can have a really personal touch.

For me and my boyfriends 1st anniversary 4 years ago, I took a nice photo album, and wrote out stories and jokes we had on my computer, I printed them out in nice fonts and put them in the book with tons of pictures, movie ticket stubs, etc...
It turned out really nicely. Just try your best to be creative-I think a gift from the heart is the best kind to give.

Even if youre not "creative" you can get all sorts of stuff to help you out! Go to any craft store. You can get stickers, scissors that cut in squiggles and zig-zags, colored paper, alll sorts of stuff!

To make things easier, get stickers, and Jolee items. They are a bunch of different designs of Jolee items that are made for each occassion. If you have some time to put the item together, then you can even check online at different stores or ebay.
