Making a room request with online check-in

I'm currently completing online check-in for our upcoming stay at BLT. I would like to add a room request, but when I click on the "Add a Special Request" button, there is no where to enter information. Has anyone else had trouble with this? Am I doing something wrong?

Room requests need to be made through member services, not the online checkin website. That site was created for non-DVC resorts/reservations. Those functions don't really work for us. I called last week to put my room request in for my trip next week. Give them a call tomorrow!
