Making a request with Disney dining.

I have made a ps for the Afternoon Tea at the GF as an early birthday present for my sister. My question is what kind of a chance do you think I'll have in calling Disney dining and requesting just egg salad, chicken salad, and tuna salad sandwiches, as that is all she will eat.
Also do you think if I ask they could have a small birthday cake
waiting for her. BTW the ps is for Dec. 13th will I have time to call and request these things.

I wouldn't call Disney Dining, I would call the resort directly. As long as you give them 24 hours notice they can modify the meal for you (no problem) as for the birthday cake, I am sure that they can do something. I had dining with a friend at the GF Cafe just before my wedding and she had arranged for the table to be decorated... It was really nice, they had set the table with Mickey confetti all over it and there was roses in a beautiful vase and then she had purchased some things for me that she delived to the hostess prior to my arrival and they set those up at the table as well, it was really nice.

Remember GRAND= Guest Requests Are Never Denied Ask the hotel directly, they are very willing to help out The number for the hotel is 407-824-3000, that will be a general Disney operator ask for the Front Desk or the Garden View Lounge.
