Hi,

My ADR day is fast approaching, and I'm hoping to make a group booking for WCC.

Which number do I call to do so?

How did you get on with this?

I am organising a trip next August for 23 people. Bit concerned about how I will manage to make an ADRs.

We tried to eat at WCC in 2009, but at the time I was making ADRs (I had to call the restaurant directly) the manager said we could only order the skillet meal from the menu (which I'm sure is great) and couldn't order other entrees due to size of group (21). So we did not to make the ADR to dine there.

Fast forward to ADRs for our 2011 trip and we still want to try WCC, I was on the phone with group dining and inquired about whether the policy was the same. At first the CM replied we could order whatever we want with a group ADR. I asked her to double check; that I just wanted to be 100% certain. Sure enough she inquired with someone else and was told that for a group over 10 people it's still the same policy.

Since our family really wants to dine there, I ended up making two separate ADRs online (less people this time, one ADR for 10, and another ADR for 10).

I'm not sure we'll all be seated in the same vacinity with two ADRs (one in my last name, one in SIL (same) last name), but we'll see. I don't want to press the issue when we arrive, because then I'm afraid they would require us to order the skillet only.

Who knows, I'll probably order it anyway.
