Making a grocery list...what's in a studio?

I know, I know...there isn't MUCH in a studio anymore...so no need to rehash. Luckily, this is our first trip home, so I won't miss what I didn't have!

But I AM wondering about quantities of things, and availability of things in a studio kitchenette.

I know there are paper dishes...but how much/many? We will be eating breakfasts and some afternoon lunches/snacks in our room.

Please look at my list below and let me know if I need to add these items to my grocery list:

paper bowls
plastic silverware
paper cups
paper napkins
kleenex
hand soap/dish soap

are there any other items you would recommend I order/bring? I'm ordering laundry soap and bringing softener sheets so I can use the laundry facilities (I read somewhere they are by the pool?)

I'm considering just ordering toiletries so I don't have to tote them across country...we're a family of four, so we should be able to do some serious damage to a bottle of shampoo, tube of toothpaste, etc. on an 8 day stay...

I just don't want to say, "I WISH I had ordered/brought......"

Oh, and is there a hair dryer in the bathroom, or do I need to bring mine?

Thanks in advance for the help!!

Chris

There are hairdyers that work fine for me.

I just read that they no longer supply dish soap because they are supplying plastic cups instead of glasses and ceramic mugs. I'm not sure if mousekeeping will supply the dish soap if you request it.

I'm not positive of the amount of plates and bowls they start you off with. I am guessing maybe 10 plates and 10 bowls...............I'm guessing you could always call and ask for more if you start running low. They supply a roll of paper towels..........we usually pick up a small stack of paper napkins with our first counter service meal.

Hope this helps.........if you have any more questions, just ask.
