makeup removal pads......on plane?

Has anyone taken moist makeup remover through security? Do they count as a liquid and have to be placed in a 3-1-1 bag? Or is it better to just buy them on site?
I have some that you can use with water.....but don't like them as much..

The wipes or round cotton pads that are pre-soaked? Yes, they are fine. They don't need to go in your 3-1-1 bag.
