i made some tshirts for my kids for last years trip using tempplates from someone on here (sorry cant remember their name!!)
they worked out beautifully, however, when i washed them the images begun to peel and bubble....:eek:

what am i doing wrong?:headache:
what paper would you use in a Inkjet printer for best results?:confused3
how do you wash them for best resluts?:confused3

You probably did not do anything wrong. The quality of the transfer paper has more to do with it when you talk about washability. I have been on a search for 2 years and have finally found the best dark transfer paper - see my webpage for details (link in my signature).

Also, now that you have been moved to our little area of the boards, we have lots of very talented designers here if you are looking for any new designs for your trip. Feel free to have a look around!

i have a few designs from the boards here, saved & personalised awaiting printing... however i live in the UK, so any UK DISers know wheres best to get good quality dark transfers from??

I have successfully used HP transfers and transfers from www.printonit.com. I am not sure whether they ship to UK or not but they are a good source.

I have shipped mine there in the past - it is an additional $6.00 to ship. So for a package of 20 transfers - the total is $46.00. I thought I would post just in case you are interested.
