These are so cute! I can see making them in different size circles and leaving them around the room like little hockey pucks for Kitty to run over to and play & scratch.

I never thought about making them round, (or making one myself,) but a round one looks easier to make and would stay together better than making one like the straight rectangles in the stores.

My kitty loves her sisal scratchy mat. I wonder if she would try the cardboard ones. Thanks for the tip. I have lots of cardboard around right now.

Not wasting my time. Flippin Kitty has no use for scratching pads. Why scratch on the pads provided for you when there are braided rugs and lovely expensive bedspreads to tear up?
