The snoring that is....DH is WAY down the hall asleep on the couch. But I can hear the snoring loud and clear in the bedroom. How am I supposed to sleep?

I feel for you. I wish I had an easy answer for my sleeping issues lately. Have you tried earplugs?

As a person who has sleep apnea and uses a CPAP machine to control his snoring, I recomemnd that you get your husband to a specialist. I slept in a different room for a few years of my marriage due to the loud snoring problem I had. I used to dismiss snoring as trivial until I went to a sleep study and learned how dangerous snoring can be for your health. Reggie White the football player died from complications due to untreated sleep apnea. When you snore really heavy or loud, it means your body is struggling to breathe when you're a sleep.

It's a serious problem and a lot of men don't think it's problem but my blood pressure is lower and my sleep I get at night is more restfull. I use a cpap machine and it works wonders. They have a lot of different ways to help your DH and I would look up sleep apnea on the internet to see how dangerous it is. Good luck.
