Well, it's only taken me 3 weeks to upload some pictures to Photobucket so I can post some reviews. This doesn't bode well for any sort of detailed report from this trip. Since we'll be returning to the World in just a few weeks, I won't worry about it too much. I'll have my chance for a re-do in June.
In a nutshell, there were 6 of us on this trip: dh, 2 teenaged boys, a 7 yo boy, a 5 yo "princess," and me. We had a fabulous time, but it was very different from any of our previous trips. In the past, we've avoided most CS food. However, this was the kids' Spring Break, so the trip was totally for them. Since our children have been to WDW countless times, they requested no sit-down, TS meals. Dh & I thought we'd slip out for some meals on our own, but we also found that we didn't want to waste any of our precious time in the warm weather. Enough about us! On with the reviews....
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at POP Century. Although the resort was completely booked during our stay, we only one time found the food court to be crazy(and that was on our very last morning!). Yes, it was busy; but the lines moved quickly, the CMs were extremely friendly, the eating areas were well-tended, and the food was freshly prepared. For our first POP meal, dh and I split the Turkey Ciabatta and a Greek Salad. Both were very tasty. In fact, dh and I craved that salad later in the week and ordered another to eat by the pool.
