Maroo, I found your trip report after I saw you post on another thread.

I just read your entire report from beginning to end and I am touched to the point of being at a loss for words.

Lauren is a beautiful girl from an amazing family. Thank you for sharing them and yourself with the rest of us! I can't wait to read more!

When I took Jt disney when he was 3 evrytime we passed the mcDonalds
with the huge soda and frnech fries he would call it BIG SODA
All those fun places to eat mcdonalds was top of his list.
I'm sure he will have us go there on upcoming trip.

He he!! Yeah...I was a little shocked...I think my mouth dropped open, actually...when Lisa said that this was her favorite meal so far. All I can think now is...MAN...we COULD do DW again...McDonalds three meals a day! What a bargain!!

I'm laughing because when DH and I went to Disney on our Honeymoon 9 years ago, the very first place we ate was the Mickey D's!! Everyone made fun of us, but sometimes you just need those fries!!

Seriously, I'm loving your report. We're down to less than 40 days till our trip and your report is totally getting me psyched!!!

If you don't mind my asking, about how much are the pins down there? Just a range is fine. I've been buying some pins on ebay to surprise my kids with in a "Going to Disney " goodie bag and I just wondered if I should quit now or get a couple of more. I never thought I'd be into the pins, but I admit I've had fun getting them!!!

Maroo....tell Lisa that I've had some serious DTD McD's lovin' too!

And believe it or not we had a fantastic meal at Red Lobster over at the DTD/Crossroads area once.

I love the new lanyards and the pin collections!! Thanks for the tip on the trading. My DD is into pin trading so we'll have to stop by Pin Traders one day.

Can't wait to hear all about Disney Studio's - formerly known at Hollywood Studios

Sorry, way behind on my comments and on my reading.

My mind is blank about the rest of your report because all I can think about is that Lauren had to lie down on the bathroom floor!!
yup, I know she had a blanket to lie on but how could the staff abase her like that?

I know also that this is after the fact but if I had the choice between making Becca lie on the bathroom floor or on the floor in a quite part of the restaurant then I would go for the full public viewing. More because I know they would soon be in a real hurry to move us somewhere else less public to avoid their own embarrassment.
Poor, Poor Lauren......At least Lisa got some shrimp out of the fiasco eventually

$15 for two sprite including tip........ Sorry, but that is too funny That is what happens when you stay in the "posh" places.

I am collecting some pins for Becca. Well I only have 6 but its a start. I still need to get her a lanyard to put them on. I think she will have fun with the pins, she is the ultimate collector and sorter.

Every time I read your siggi "Not the Momma" it reminds me of a tv sitcom about Dinosaurs that was on oh so long ago. The baby dino would hit the Daddy on the head and say "Not the Mama, not the mama".

I remember it too and Maroo's sig reminds me of the same thing....

The sitcom was called The Dinosaurs, the Daddy was called Earl and this is the little cherub you are talking about......

I really liked that program, it was on the TV pre 1999 because I watched it whilst still living in England.

Maroo seeing as you are "Not the Momma" we shall have to start calling you Earl

It is not malignant, she isn't going to die or anything...but it is a nuisance. It causes her to have occasional horrible headaches...and occasionally she gets sick...you know...sick. So she named her tumor "Earl" because it makes her want to "hurl"...SO...You guys can't call me Earl.



So...we can take a vote...Did you laugh...or just think my friend is TOTALLY crazy?? Or both?

She is reading this TR...so I hope SHE laughs!!!! If you come back one day and this post is completely gone...well...you will know she didn't laugh!!
