Make a wish for adults?

Hi, friends!
Are any of you aware of any "Make a Wish" type programs for adults? I know a family whose dad has a brain tumor, and their dream is to visit WDW. There are children, but the dad is sick, not them.
Any insight you can offer will be appreciated!
