Maroo - why not prepay now? I am curious about this. From what I understand you prepay at a discounted rate of $99.99 (vs $120 when you return) and then if you don't like your pics you can cancel the cd for a full refund.

If there's a better deal - please let me know because I LOVE deals

I'm not Maroo, but I'll answer too - you can prepay anytime BEFORE you look at your photos. So, when you get home, if they've taken lots of photos you can go ahead and prepay. As soon as you get your code, then load in your photopass numbers. If they didn't take sufficient photos then you don't have to bother buying the cd.

hi everyone! i hope everyone is doing WONDERFUL! i was sent over here by another family that had their wish granted and we are SOOOOO EXCITED to say that our son MATTHEW will have his wish granted to DISNEY WORLD on april 18-24!!! we are soooo excited and HAPPY!! my name is MARIA and my husband and i have 3 beautiful baby BOYS!!! we have ALEX (6), our little miracle MATTHEW ISAIAH (4) and JOSHUA (1)....here is a video of matthew when he turned 4 if anyone is interested!!

well, i am so excited to start to read the forums...we are WAY unprepared (i feel) just because it feels like crazy much!! but OH BOY we are EXCITED!!!

i do have one quick question....for those that took a nurse, (this is kinda silly but..) did you have her wear her scrubs or just regular clothes?? i don't know if they need to or not!! i know, just silly! but any help would be appreciated!!

Did you post on the GKTW Facebook page in the last few days...I think I remember seeing the name Matthew on there?

I was "nurse" on a trip and I just wore regular clothes. But scrubs would be comfy!

We have LOTS of Trip Reports (TR's) and pre-trip reports that you can read that will probably help you.

Feel free to ask any questions that you want!! I am sure more will come up as you read.

Every trip is different...but every trip has LOTS of magic!

Less than a month til our trip! Eek Eek Eek! Well, Crocs are on their way, I found 4 ponchos at Walmart (will go back for 2 more later), and I have one fanny pack.

But our suitcase is getting filled! We received two packages today from the Big Give!

Can you help me give her a quick summary of which parks to do which days (with universal a 1/2 day?) and what to do at GTKTW too? Here are her dates:
4/21 through 4/28

Sure!! I am so sorry I am just now seeing this!

OK...GKTW Activities... Christmas is a MUST DO! That is on Thursday night. The Candyland Playground is AMAZING. Make sure they play on that!
They will need to double check the schedule before they leave for any parades, as that schedule is changing by the day in Disney, unfortunately!

April 21 - check into GKTW, play on the playground, orientation, walmart run
April 22 - Magic Kingdom! - Crowd Score is 5/10 - long day
April 23 - Universal - Christmas at GKTW at night - short park day
April 24 - AK first/DHS evening - (if you want to combine these parks) - long day
April 25 - down day (you have an extra day?) - play at GKTW, swim, chill
April 26 - Sea World - lots of walking, long day - feed the dolphins
April 27 - Epcot, Maybe hop back to MK? for parade/fireworks for last night? - long day, last day!
April 28 - travel home!

*** Note...if they want to do the night parade at MK, they are going to have to switch up some days unless the calendar changes. Maybe swap Sea World and Epcot?
They can also swap up which parks they pair up...I just figured they may want more time at Magic Kingdom for that third day and pairing it with Epcot makes the most sense...they could do Epcot half a day and MK the rest.

www.touringplans.com has the crowd calendar with good days/bad days on there...

So, I started our pre-trip report and the computer had a hardware crash. YIKES!!!! So now with a new laptop in hand I can try to get back on track. It is under 57 days until ...

Major set back. Dev's in the hospital with a bacterial blood infection! We came yesterday for his regular monthly treatment and it all fell apart about 2 hours in. They say we are going to be here awhile! We have about six weeks until we are supposed to leave and I have nothing ready!

Any hints on packing would really help! I don't even know if we are going to get to go until another time. something tells me no accessed ports on rollercoasters!

?? do ports set off the metal decetors at the airport?

I would like to know which parks are best for half day touring?? All my kids are older and not into meet and greets or parades and we have no CR dinners planed. So we have more ride time. We are planing to visit all 4 parks at WDW and Sea World and would love to see US/IOA if we have time.
