I just posted this thread to the Restaurant board as it contains info about both non-DVC, as well as DVC members in regards to ordering the Disney Dining Experience Card.
You may want to check it out if you are ordering APs soon as the DDE office will NOT accept Will Call vouchers. Hopefully this info will help some of you who may find yourself in similar circumstances as us - I can't commend Member Services enough (Lee & Elizabeth) for the awesome job they did in taking care of this problem for me today.
I would recommend any of you who want to order the DDE card to talk to MS first regarding delivery options and such, as they were more than willing to discuss several solutions to my problem. Way to go MS!
