i did. and i thought he was worth the $$. he announces the bridal party at the reception and bids everyone a farewell from there. i have pics if you would like to see

Did you use him at the ceremony too? That is what I was thinking of doing?

My brother used him at their custom wedding on Valentines Day and he was great. They did the ring where he comes running in with the ring that the best man though he had lost. That was pretty cool. Then he stays with the party and announces everyone at the reception. Definetley worth money.

No i didn't have the major domo. I haven't uploaded my piccies yet. I think the ones you saw were Adnama's, which were mentioned on my thread 'were back & were married'.
I had a bagpiper play at mine. He was wonderful, and worth the money.

My girlfriend had a custom and the Major Domo did the ring thing. It was especially cute because no one, even the bride and groom, knew about it either - the groom is a Cast Member and their planner did it as a surprise from one CM to another. (Only the minister was told) There wasn't a dry eye in the house as the trumpeters went off and the back doors opened to reveal the Major Domo - he was such a funny entertainer too! He ended up following/leading the party around from exiting the WP to boarding the shuttle buses to announcing the cocktail hour and opening the doors to the ballroom for dinner. I would say go for it!! And don't tell anyone - that made it sooo much sweeter!

SOunds like he could be fun, but my fiance thinks the gold lamay out fit is so tacky....does he have other clothes?
