I don't think there is a master thread, but I would check in the Resorts forum. Or, just check the Disney website. If you click on a resort page, Disney does a good job of providing construction and refurb updates in bright red letters on the front page

In May, SAB is closed. And possibly BLT pool as well, but I've seen a couple of confusing posts about that. I'm also looking to find out what the sleeping options are for 1BR at some of these updated resorts. Will check where you all suggested- many thanks!

FYI, the BLT pool (the “Bay Cove Pool”) will be closed 1/26/2026 through early May 2026 (yes, 2026, not 2025).

The CR leisure pool (the “Bay Lake Pool” or “bullseye pool”) closes tomorrow through “late December”. This is the one that’s oddly not on all of Disney’s various CR and BLT pages so caused some confusion, but presumably is accurate (guess we’ll find out tomorrow).

• Big Thunder Mountain Closing January 6, 2025 for extended downtime, reopening in 2026
• TriceraTop Spin, Fossil Fun Games, and Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures at Animal Kingdom closing Janurary 12, 2025
• DINOSAUR, the Boneyard, Restaurantosaurus, Dino-Bite Snacks, and Trilo-Bites stay open for now

I recently took the bus from WL to FW (on my way to the MK) which went via the back road. From the bus you could see the extent of the construction site and some of the steelwork is vertical.
