Maintenance Fees?

How much are the annual "dues" or "maintenance fees" associated with DVC ownership? Do you pay these monthly or can you pay them annually?

depends upon where you buy - okw, vwl, bwv, hh,vb - all have different maintence fees

yes you can pay monthly or annual - if you pay month MS can draft your checking account
for you.

Annual fees at all DVC resorts are between $3 and $4 per point. HH is (I think) $3.32 per point. OKW is lowest at $3.13 .
