Maintenance Fee for SSR?

Can anyone confirm what the maintenance fee is for SSR? My DH saw a site that says it's $3.80/point, but that sounds low to us. If that is true, why is it so low compared to the others?

Yes it is $3.80 per point. The price is lower than BWV, VWL, and BCV, and higher than OKW. I assume the size or the resort (number of units) and limited ammeneties (for now) are keeping the fees down.
