Trying to balance my food intake with my daily activities - using fitday as a guide. Ive been finding though that at the end of the day Im eating more just to get my calories in balanced with my calories burned. How do you maintain? any tips? Obviously by looking at the scale but anything else?

Gee! Having to eat more? I want that problem!:teeth:
Though I am actually still trying to lose, I have found myself pleasantly maintaining for the last 3 months, with very little effort. I have cut way back on exercise, (But I have noticed that I am not in great shape, because of this, and need to get back on a daily schedule instead of a couple times a week), and I do have a glass or two of wine almost every night.
It sounds to me like you are still in loss mode. You have probably boosted your metabolism with all your exercise, and can have a few more calories than you are used to. One thing I have noticed is my appetite has decreased signigicantly, which is why I am able to maintain without any problem. I really have changed my eating. Now, in oreder to lose the rest of my weight, I'll need to exercise more. You should try having a dessert, or a nightcap. I don't think it will hurt, especially if you are still losing, and you don't need to. Sounds like you have a problem we would all like to take off your hands!:p

Keep the Faith!

I've gotten in trouble taking that approach. I think it better to stick with the premise that you don't eat unless you're hungry. Make sure that the first XXXX calories you eat are the essential ones (protein, fruits and vegetables), and then stop eating when you're no longer hungry. I believe it'll all work itself out in the end, unless you suffer from an eating disorder.
