no, only 30 minutes for the shops and the lines get very long. I recommend if you want to do some shopping to go earlier in the day so you don't have to wait

What time is park closing and what time is your ADR? Are you certain your ADR is still in place? I know some are staying with the change in park hours and some WDW did cancel. If you want to shop then yes, you need to enter the park prior to closing and you can wander around until your ADR time. No rides but just meandering is ok.

2. & 3. If they will allow booking a full hour after "closing time," it makes sense that you could
gain access to the park at some point after "closing time."
