Mailing to resort question

If I have something delivered to my resort and it gets there before we do will they hold it for me? Do I need to let them know I am sending it?

When I spoke with the IPO people at AKL, they said to make sure your name, ressie #, and date of stay is on the package. Then they hold it for you til you arrive. I am sending gift bags to my nieces for our stay, and wanted them to be there waiting. I don't think I'll be able to hide the bags in our carry-ons without them being discovered. Some of the items in the gift bags are things the girls will need right away, like Autograph books, Epcot Passports, cameras and film, etc. Now, we are staying Club (concierge) level, and were told that the girls would get the bags at check-in, but most people say that you have to pick up the package after checking in.

Yes, definitely let them know it's coming so they can look out for it, especially if the package may get there before you do.
