Mailing Post Cards from Nassau and Castaway Cay

Hi!

We are sailing on The Wonder tomorrow (January 8th). Has anyone ever mailed postcards from Nassau or Castaway Cay? I assume that postcards can be purchased on The Wonder and in Nassau. Do you know if the can be mailed from Castaway Cay and Nassau? Do you what the postage would be for one postcard? I asumme that the postcards would require special postage and not the stamps that we use here in the United States. I would greatly appreciate any help and advice.

There is a post office on CC. yes bring your cash for it.. the key to the world card will not work since it is not a us post office ...
and it willl take several weeks to recieve the post card ... send one to yourself it will be fun to get it in the mail in a month from now.......

We were on the Dec 18th Wonder cruise. I mailed a postcard from Castaway Cay to our house. It was one of the larger cards and cost 65 cents to mail. It was mailed on 12/20 and arrived home on 1/5. Not too bad. It was a very nice surprise since I had forgoten all about it.

Mailing from Castaway is cash only. I believe it was 65 cents for a postcard. Remember that you are mailing from the Bahamas. It took about 3 weeks for our cards to reach our friends.....

I used the postcard from the desk drawer and a dollar bill from the room service tip collection of ones and it made for an easy treat several weeks after the cruise
