is there anything you get in the mail prior to your cruise? Or is everything done online? Our sailing is about one month out and I haven't received anything yet. Our travel agent has been less than stellar, I wonder if it got sent to him?

The "cruise documents" you receive typically about 30-45 days out from your cruise. You don't really need them, as the only thing in there that's useful are the luggage tags, and you can get more at the port. It's possible that they were sent to the travel agent. Have you asked them?

Our TA for cruise #1 didn't get ours in the mail in time before we left for Florida, we didn't miss it and had no problems checking-in/boarding without it!

We did receive the documents for cruise #2 and I will say that I loved having that additional information at my fingertips leading up to the cruise. It isn't anything that can't be found online but it was nice to have it all in one place. We received plastic Mickey luggage tags too (the red cards pictured in my profile pic), I'm not sure if they were from Disney or the TA.

Definitely think it's worth reaching out to your TA and asking if he's received them.. I'd let him know the date you are leaving your home to travel to FL so he can try to get them there on time!
