Could someone please provide me with a mailing address for DVC management? I would like to write a letter to express my concerns about a current reservation. I would prefer to mail it, instead of an e-mailing or calling MS again.
By "current reservation" do you mean you are currently staying at a DVC resort or that you have a future reservation? If you are currently at a DVC resort & have a problem/issue/concern, then you should try to work through the "chain of command" at the resort first - like housekeeping, engineering, front desk, etc.
How can one person take care of all the issues of DVC membership? She can't. I spoke with her last year about something, nothing was done. I think she is just used as a spin doctor, ..but good luck! Who is actually in charge, I wonder?
