Mailing a box

How reliable is mailing a box to the port ahead of time? I'm sailing out of PC and would love to mail a box with my FE, FE gifts, and door magnets ahead of time. I think they'd all fit in one of those Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes which are approximately 13" x 12". I have time to mail it, but I am just a bit worried. Any success stories? Horror stories?

We shipped all our FE gifts etc from Canada via UPS on Oct 23rd for the Nov 7th sailing aboard the Fantasy - everything arrived safe and sound. We did the same 3 yrs ago on our B2B - no problems then either ... it should be ok ...
