Mailing a box to your resort.. What to put on the box??

We are staying at the CR.
I called and she said the address, Guest Name and Arrival date.

Should I put more info , like our ressie number or something?
Do I put the info on one side only?

I just want to make sure it gets there and they can find it easy.
Anybody know the best way to do this.

fed ex or ups ??

I did mine via UPS, and it was all food items. This time I will use Wegoshop and pay less than I did to ship my box down.

I did mine in december put my name , Reservation number, resort address, arrival date and then decorated the box to make it stand out easier for cm that has to find it, especially that time of the year close to xmas , took digital pic of box and printed off to take with me. ( just in case they couldnt find it since brown boxes all look alike , they loved that idea)
mailed ups about 6 days prior to arrival and when I checked in gave info to CM she looked on system and notation was already there that I had package waiting for me.....within 10 minutes of being in room cast member delivered it.

This is how I addressed mine for our trip last week and it got to us fine:

Disney's All Star Movies Resort
Attn: Lynn Dean, arriving 2/25/05
ASMO address
Lake Buena Vista, FL

That is all you need. I also wrote my name on the side of the box to help the CM who would have to find the box.

I have a couple questions ...

1. How soon before you arrive at the hotel should you ship the box?
2. What do you normally Ship down to the hotel?
3. Can you ship a box back home from the hotel ?

I am staying at POFQ if that helps with anything.

Have you ever used www.wegoshop.com? I am curious to know. We are going in May and would love some breakfast stuff delivered to our room.
