Mail Order from DLP

Apologies if this has been asked already. Does anyone know how long mail order items take from sending an email to the payment stage and the goods arriving? I've decided I want a couple more christmas baubles and having checked out the prices on ebay I think it would probably be cheaper to get them direct from the resort. Thanks

I sent an email on Nov 4th and got a reply on the 11th.
I sent back on the same day my CC details and since then i have never heard anything nor my CC has been billed So i dont know what to say really

I think I may email them and if I have no response within a week I may give them a call, I'll let you know how I get on

Good idea, i may give them a ring too, just to make my mind up if i will get it on time for Xmas or not!!!
