Mahi Mahi question

God i hope im spelling this right.. its the fish offered at alot of resturants.. being from New England.. we eat alot of Cod.. and Haddock.. Is mahi a bland fish or is it fishy/strong tasting..

Mahi Mahi is a warm water fish that is mild tasting white fish and not too "flaky". It's really good and I can't think of a single time that I've been disappointed with the flavor.

Mahi is a very mild tropical fish (also know as the Dolphin fish - not a dolphin like Flipper.) It is one of my favorites - very versatile. Mahi is great grilled, fried, broiled... you name it, Mahi works.

I don't like fish, but Mahi Mahi is delicious. It doesn't taste fishy at all. You wouldn't even know that you're eating fish. I had it last year at the Coral Reef and it was really delicious!!

As others have said, Mahi Mahi is a mild tasting fish. It's one of my absolute favorites, especially grilled!

I felt the Mahi Mahi at Coral Reef was far superior to the steak. It was delicious! It is a very mild white fish and I think you will really like it.

I had the mahi at Coral Reef in April - my very first time eating mahi - and it was sooo good. The cashew/jasmine rice that comes with it is delicious too.

I am so glad to hear that. A friend of mine told me that it was Dolphin so I wouldn't eat it again.
