Magicbands - still testing?

Our trip was in November and I haven't paid attention since. Are Magicbands and FP+ still in the test phase or have they finally offically rolled out?

Rolled out to everyone, including offsite guests, but still in testing, with a 4th FP option to start likely in May, but nothing official yet.
