I'm gonna try really hard to be as clear as possible, but my question is somewhat confusing and I am pretty ignorant in the MagicBand area. I am not even certain this is the best place to post it, so please bear with me.
My family and I will be staying for 4 nights ON-SITE and 7 nights OFF-SITE. We will be purchasing 5-day tickets however, we will not be packaging them with the room. 3/5 days we are on-site will be spent in the parks and the other 2 days will be spent in the parks while we are staying off-site.
My question is if anyone knows how the MagicBand process would work in this situation? Will I have to purchase them? If so, can I still link them to my room for the days that I am on-site? If not, will the bands be activated for all 14 days that a ticket would be valid, just the on-site relevant portions would be disabled (meaning I'll still be able to use the band for the 2 remaining days when I am off-site)?
