Magicband

I received my magic bands (6)- but 1 on them has the same name twice. I go into MDE and look under magic bands and I can see 3 of the 6 I ordered (I wanted to make sure one was linked to the correct person). Anyway, all I can see are 3 of the magicbands with names even thought it states 6 were sent. I have verified that my reservation for the camping has been linked. Have had to call several times over various problems and was wondering if this is something I can fix or do I need to call again. Just want to make sure all 6 will be linked to our tickets. Unfortunately we are not tech support lol.
Do you manage all guests?
If you don't that could be why you don't see everyone's.
It seems like some people are just unlucky with MDE.
Then there's me who knock on wood I've never had so much of an issue that it wasn't fixed by logging out and logging back in.
About all you can do is call tech support.
They can at least see your info front of house and back to assure you everything is in there on their end.

Yes I am supposed to manage everyone - it was corrected a couple of months ago when I had a problem with the tickets and he even set up the picture icons for everyone - now those are gone and I only have 2 of us on the magic bands as opposed to 6 of us. I still have access to all the tickets and FP's.

Isl there a time that is better to try - I just called and there is a two hour wait - can't do that today. Or is it just keep trying and maybe get lucky.
