Magicband shipping question

For our trip we are having my brother in our room and he lives in a different state. Can Disney send different bands to different addresses? We will not see him til we are already there.

I'd say the best idea is to have them shipped to your hotel. There's not need to have then until you check in anyway.

No, they won't split the order. Had 3 people from 3 different states in a villa, and the one who made the reservation ended up receiving all 3 bands.

You CAN use them to board Magical Express (in that case you would need them before you arrived at the resort) but you do not have to have the bands to do that. You can use the paperwork they send, or go to the DME desk and get a voucher for the bus.

They send them to the reservation owner's address (the one designate on the website where you customize the bands).

They ship the bands out about a month prior to your trip. We received ours 4 weeks before our December check-in date. That is PLENTY of time to re-ship some of them elsewhere, if you want to. Or the reservation owner can just bring them all.
