We booked our hotel/flight/park tickets separate. So since I purchased all separate will they still send me a magic band? Is there something extra I need to do?

Also separate question... I have a magic band from my last trip but was wanting another from this trip. Will it automatically add my tickets to my last magic band?

You'll get another one. My last one was green, but I was able to customize a pink one for this trip
 
Will they use my address from when I bought my tickets?

I remember from last time they sent me an email and had selections for my magic band. Will it be the same this time? And does anyone know how far out the email is sent?
 
Do you have a my Disney experience account? If not, make one. You can link everything on there. Are you staying at a Disney resort?
I have an annual pass. Made my resort booking separate. I was able to link it all on my Disney experience account. Once that is done, then if you live in the US they will mail it. I'm Canadian so have to pick up my MB at resort on check in

Do you know approx. how far out they send the email for Magic Ban selection?

You should be able to see and customize your magic bands in MDE already. Log into your account and select magicbands and cards.
 
I saw the option on the MBE app but I dont see where I can order a new one?

I don't see where you have told us the dates of your trip.
The dates will affect your MB info timing.
 
I can't customize MBs on the app. Log into your account on a computer.

The MB comes with the onsite stay. It has NOTHING to do with a ticket. We just had a no-parks visit and got MBs. Because it comes from the onsite stay.

So once your stay is connected to your MDE account, it will trigger the ability to customize that MB.

When you get tickets, link them to your MDE as well. There's no linking the tickets to the MB, because the MBs just accesses whatever's on your account.

You're welcome!! You can go on your my disneyexperience account and customize your magic bands there. You can put in your address etc as you do that.
