Magical Vacations Travel??

Has anyone used them?? What was your experience like??

I have never used a travel planner but I used them this last trip and everything worked out great. If anything they wanted to do more for me than I needed. I got all my reservations taken care of, they even got me an Illuminations Cruise and all my information was sent before my trip as well as a follow up email making sure there was nothing else I needed before I went.

For booking the "Tiki Plan" we all got a fresh flower lei delivered and we wore them to the Spirit of Aloha Show. They lasted about 4-5 days not even in the refrigerator. The Polynesian said they had talked to Lisa often so she was in good contact with the resort before our stay.

They had booked us with an AAA rate and when the AP rate came out they contacted me to ask if I wanted to be switched.

Most travel planners will do these things and they all get the same discounts. It all depends on who goes the extra mile on helping the guest and I felt they did.

Magical Vacations is new so you might not get a lot of responses from people who have used them but there have been quite a few lately booking with them. There was a posing on another discussion board of some people who have been in contact with them and are very happy they called.
