Has anyone used this travel agency out of New Jersey? I found good rate but ,not sure they are reputable.

my wife and I booked through them for a trip last december. everything went smoothly when we arrived at the poly. just be aware as our reservation had specific booking/cancellation policies to obtain the special rate. it was disappointing to receive a PIN for what would have worked out to be a cheaper rate after the cancellation window had passed. we received our paper tickets before our trip and just had to transfer them to our room keys upon arrival

We used them for a trip in May. The rate we got was excellent and couldn't be beat. We had no problems with our reservation. The only downside is that once you book with a TA, you can't make any changes or room requests or notes without them doing it for you. That was kind of frustrating for me, because I like to be in control. Other than that, everything was great.

I got a great rate from for my October trip for AKL. However, when I replied back to ask for rates at the 3 other resorts that were availabe, I never got a response. I left a voice-mail for her as well. This was at the end of May. I did a lot of searches before I contacted them, and I never read anything bad.

I have booked a room at the Poly for October through them because they had such a great rate....but I haven't been thrilled with the service. I had to send the TA 2 e-mails before getting a confirmation of my booking from her. And 3 weeks after my booking, I still haven't gotten my confirmation documents from Disney, although she advised it would only take about 7-10 days to receive them. When I contacted her yesterday about this, she told me she had requested a second set be sent out and to give it another week. She did confirm my ressie was in the Disney system.

Since I really can't be their rate for the room (50%+ off of rack rate), I am willing to put up with the little bit of trouble....and it may just be that I have an inexperienced TA.

I never used a travel agency until I happened upon their website thanks to tikiman. They have the best rates and I just used them for a quick trip in May to the Poly. I had no trouble at all and everything was in order. I cannot wait to use them again and plan to be a frequent customer. If you can fit your time into their package deals - they cannot be beat! Amazing!

I have used Magical Vacations multiple times and always had great service.

They really do have great rates. I talked to an agent there, and everything she said seemed reasonable and legit as far as cancellation, deposit, etc.

The only drawback in my opinion was that you couldn't add dining to their room rates. We really want the dining package, but the quotes we got from WL and Poly were excellent.

The rates that Magical Vacations offer are really good because they book blocks of room way in advance. Unless you had a 40% PIN deal or maybe an AP rate, it would be really hard to get the same deal directly from Disney.

As a PP said, these are block rates at specific hotels at specific time periods. If you are like me and never get a pin/code for WDW (I'm inundated with DL stuff which is not as interesting), then this offers a wonderful opportunity. And you get to lock in a very good rate without having to sweat whether or not Disney is going to release a general public promotional code.

My experience with them at the Poly was without complaint. My room request was granted at check-in so I know that MV put it down for me.
