I would love to join into the mixology.... I'm traveling solo. I'm out of town but can add my info tomorrow night.

Palo Brunch is available on Day 7 suddenly. pixiedust: So happy to be able to book before getting on the ship. Makes me hungry just thinking about it. :goodvibes

Off the Fantasy a week ago. Fantastic cruise with friends. Celebrated my and Seeulater's birthdays on the 11th.

Looking forward to this cruise. We have done most of these ports on a 11 night cruise about 8 years ago.
Were you on the Wonder in September 2006? We were on the 10-night that preceded the 11-night. I have been waiting for another DCL southern itinerary and am so excited about this one!

What are you all doing for excursions? I'm just beginning to research... any suggestions?

Hubby and I are doing only two DCL excursions, the rest is with independent tour operators:

Antigua: See Antigua by Sea (DCL)
St. Lucia: Full-day St. Lucia Tour with Cosol Tours
Grenada: Full-day German-language private tour with Grenada Sunsation Tours
Barbados: Catamaran Lunch Cruise with R&R Cruises
St. Kitts: Scenic Railway & Sail Cruise (DCL)

All sounds great! I have done all dcl excursions, but now am rethinking it.
Thanks for the suggestions!!

We are doing (2 adults, DD12, DD9):
Antigua - Coconut Beach Resort day pass
St. Lucia - Son of Man Sea Tours "Soufriere by Sea and Land" - I was worried about throwing up on those winding roads with an island tour (lol) so I researched and found this company does a sea voyage to the other side and back with a short ride to the Waterfalls, Volcano, etc. . .
Grenada - We put together a van with JnJ Tours for his island tour
Barbados - We booked a catamaran (swim with the turtles) with Sail Calabazza
St. Kitts - Only DCL excursion we booked is Zip Lining.

We aren't booking till 7/1. Can't PIF until payday lol!

Right now this is the plan, but only one is actually booked. So it will be pending availability.

Antigua: Kayak, Hike and Snorkel Adventure DCL
St. Lucia: Gros Piton Hike, with Stephen Ambrose Tours. Booked.
Grenada: Adventure River Tubing DCL
Barbados: Beach, and possibly a distillery or 2 on our own.
St Kitts: We would like to do the Rail and Sail (DCL) but it is already sold out I hear. If it opens up great, if not it will be on our own, nothing else really jumped out at us so I need to figure out our beach options. And honestly after the first 3 days, we may need two to recover.

These are our plans as it stands now:
Antigua - Eco Tour with Adventure Antigua
St. Lucia - Island tour with Cosol
Grenada - Island tour with Mandoo AND Underwater Sculpture Park with Seafaris
Barbados - Beautiful Barbados (DCL) and/or beach time with jet ski rental
St. Kitts - Scenic Railway and Brimstone (hoping to switch to Rail/Sail)
Also got Palo brunch and dinner, and the Mixology group. Busy and fun cruise!

Things that are sold out sometime open up even while on the ship.. don't give up!!:thumbsup2

Sounds great!! WE did get Palo dinner and mixology group (love the mixology classes!!) Only brunch left is ST. Kitts and we are doing the Caribbean cooks (17 yr old who loves to cook) and didn't want to be full and not be able to eat! (It is a busy cruise with lot of port days.. I think this cruise is the only one that will be in port almost every single day!! :cool1:

No throwing up allowed on vacation - unless its a too much to drink night.. :rotfl: Sea voyage to the other side sides like the ticket to keeping your lunch!

Hi Everyone,

We just booked this cruise and are very excited about the southern Caribbean itinerary.

Number of adults / children in your group: 3 adults (me, DH, grandma)/3 children (boys ages 12, 6 & 3)
Names of adults in your group: Angela, Mike & Irina
What state do you live in: San Diego, CA

Now the fun begins to plan all the excursions. We can't do most of the DCL excursions because they don't allow our 3 year old on the snorkel tours.
Reading all of your advice.
Looking forward to meeting everyone.:)

I will try to remember that rule. I'm glad you are allowing me a free pass on a party night though!!!

We just moved our trip from the 27th to this cruise in order to join our friends who are on the TA cruise.

Our party:
Karen (DM)
Gee Gee (DGrandmother)
Peyton (DS - 13)

We can't wait to meet everyone. Is there an FE group or FB page?

Hello...new to this forum and interested in FE for this cruise can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks :goodvibes

Is anyone planning on doing anything in San Juan? Looks like the sail away party is at 4:15, but we don't leave the dock until 9:30. DCL has tours in San Juan, but you can't book them on the site.

We are staying at La Concha on Friday night and just trying to find some fun things to do.

Is there a Facebook page for FE? I really want to get signed up before it gets too late. I can't send private messages yet sorry :confused3 Thank you so much!!:thumbsup2
