We just booked the Nov 1 5 day western on the Magic today. Just to tide us over. And we will be sailing with our son and grandson. Cannot wait to see what they have done to the Magic.

Yeah Angie ! That's one reason I booked the Magic for January. Lol Seems like a couple of people on this thread will be cruising on the Magic before this cruise ! How exciting to be cruising with your son & grandson. Looking for a full report on the Magic changes.

Oh I know Bernadette ! You have a lot of exciting things going on. One reason I do the countdown besides passing the time is to keep this thread going. I have been on past cruise meets where it ends up being all FB. I just don't want to see that happening here.

I agree I like this thread here as well. Plus, I am on so many cruises next year, I'm here often. Sometimes Facebook is easier, but often this is much easier. Apparently I am not reading enough though because I didn't know about the free shuttle. LOL! I am guessing there is one from Miami as well. I'll have to look into that for my 11yo mommy and me cruise next April. I was all prepared to jump into a cab

Apparently I am not reading enough though because I didn't know about the free shuttle. LOL! I am guessing there is one from Miami as well. Lol I responded to you on FB but will tell you here. No free shuttle. I believe it is 80.00 for 2 people. That was for both ways. Just thought of another thing... Disney transfers are didn't prices for different ports so that may not be the charge for Miami. If you booked cruise yourself you can call DCL and asked about the Disney transfer . If you booked through a TA then they can do that for you.

Good Morning Everyone We set sail in 413 ! It's hard to believe I booked this cruise 6 months ago ! It won't be long now before we reach the 1 year mark.

I was wondering about the FE group ? We have had alot of new people joining recently and the planner in me say it's not to early to get the ball rolling. Are you taking that over Paul or just the website ?

I tell that myself everyday that I go to work ! Lol Even though I have the Magic booked for Jan. this is the cruise I day dream about. Lol I don't think the prices went up that much before you booked. I think they took off after they made the announcement of the changes to the Magic. I couldn't book this cruise today , the prices are crazy high !

Another week off the countdown.

Nico is going to take a class on Animal Behavior in Animal Kingdom on Tuesday Sept 3rd. Julie (10) was suppose to take the class, but she was chosen to get safety patrol. Very few kids are chosen and some of her really good friends didn't make it. So, she looked at it as a HUGE honor and decided not to take the class. She didn't want to miss too much school and she is missing a lot with Fiji and her cruise. Since we signed up last spring, I was already booked to go. I just told Nico to take it and made the adjustment in the class.

Julie explained that she had to give up the class for school, I should just take her to South Africa on a true Safari. I said, "Yeah, I'll get right on that."

I am seeing alot of Halloween decorations in the stores and it's putting a smile on my face. I keep telling myself that this is the last Halloween before our cruise !

We like staying at Animal Kingdom ! Good for Julie on getting chosen . Your kids are so funny ! They are going to be world travelers ! The class sounds interesting . When we were there my daughter Brooke signed up to paint a Ostrich egg. We were there around Easter.
