Magical moments pins...Where?

I don;t have ANY pins. But I read about the one that lights up during parades, etc. Can I get one at Downtown Disney the afternoon I get to Disney so I can give it to my daughter to wear that first morning at the parks? If not, where can I buy one in MGM?
