hey all

As some of you know( and yes the excitement is rapidly increasing now), my 40th is looming:goodvibes

If you could make one day the most magical and romantic and fun how would you spend your day at disney :lovestruc

Well this is a difficult one for many to appreciate. Especially as everyone is bound to have different tastes. This will probably be far longer than it needs to be!

A magical break for me would start in London after a weekend away staying in the Travelodge in St Pancreas. I'd surprise her with a surprise stay at Disneyland, telling my gf the day before that we're catching the Eurostar in the morning.

When arriving we'd have the excitement of going to our DLH room which she would not know about until we start walking that way. We'd then head straight off to see the Princesses outside the Palace. With Cass getting a picture of her with Belle.

This would truely make her stay magical, we would then walk around DL a bit and then head off to the Studio's catching Mary Poppins on the way out.

We would then hit the rides ToT, Aerosmith and Crush a few times each between seeing Animagique and Stitch Live.

We would then have something to eat in the DLH looking out at the palace before going downstairs to see the characters in the lobby.

We would then catch the Parade and do some rides into the night, especially BTM, before getting an already planned perfect spot for the fireworks holding each other tight with our matching Mickey Ears that we'd bought earlier.

After this we'd head over to the village for a Balloon flight before we'd settle down in the Sequoia Lodge by the fire with a couple of Cocktails to finish off the night before we have a final walk around the lake before we head back.

That would tick all my Romantic and Magical boxes, until of course I try and cram more in!

Hopefully I'll be able to do this sometime :wizard:

My trips are never romantic but always magical.

Being a single parent finding romance in Disney is non exsistant lol.

wow that sounds marvellous!!!

i am really looking forward to spending some us time as we havent been away together on our own since having our gorgeous kids.

The cocktails by the fire in sequoia lodge sound brill so that i will try, and i do like the idea of looking out over the castle and having a meal, so maybe i will get to do that.

I'm really looking forward to standing in the snow at 3pm on main parade and pretending that i am five again.

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:
